Do both cluster have the same FW version??
Did you configure the phone before registering it with CUCM???
Or at least enabled auto-reg??

Hi Pushpak,
7906 is supported from CUCM 5.x and above.
Have u added the correct MAC addressof 7906 in CUCM ?
secondly what is the firmware u are using for 7906 ? are u facing problem with this model only or other mode phones are also not working.Did u start CCM service on call manager?
I do not think so u require any DEvice PAck.

Hi Pushpak,
my mistake for Device PAcks
I have checked and found that u require DP for loads 9.3(1)SR1 and 9.3(1)Sr2
check the device compatibility matrix as per the phone firmware u are using.
