Hi
when a 2nd call comes to the ip phone(which has already a call), calling person hear ringing tone instead of busy tone. This only happens internal calls.
If i call from outside i mean PSTN , it is ok, it gives busy tone for 2nd calls.

check whether "busy trigger" field on the line is set to "1".

Go to the configuration for the Directory Number in CCM Admin. Check the busy trigger setting. If you want the second call to ring busy, this will need to be set to 1.
