IP Phone features

Dear Member,

I need your input in configuring this features in my environment.

The environment has cucm configured all ip phones are working fine. But the following is required:

1. MD want to be able to call secretary without dialing her number, he want to press a button that will automatically answer on her phone.

2. Secretary want to be able to know if MD line is receiving call, busy or when calls come in. She should be able to answer pick the call if MD is not available to pick the calls.

3. Member of meetme want to ensure authentication before joining conferencing.

Your help and suggestion will be welcomed.

1. use either intercom, or speed dial

2. use shared line appearance, by putting the MD's line on secretary's phone
