I'm trying to import a phone into my call managers and keep getting an error. I have attached a screen shot of the error that is in the CM logs.

Hi there,
Based on the error message it looks like the phone template you are importing does not match the device type that you are importing. If you upload the .csv file you're importing we can look at it.

Template should be of same model as device profile, if you are building profile for 7962 phone, then make sure you select template of 7962.
