as known every ip phone by default sends a keepalive message every 30 sec by default, and after 3 dropped consecutive messages, it assumes that the primary CCM is down and it will then reregister with the secondary CCM, my question is that what if after for example 2 sec from that first keepalive message the primary CCM gets down and the ip phone still does not register with the secondary CCM, how the calls and signaling will be handled??

Calls in progress go on (ip-to-ip stream) but
you can't do actions that require signaling(i.e call forward, call park and so)!

so u mean that during about 80 sec for the ip phone to reregister with a sec ccm there will be no service?!!!!
