Hi
I have problem with my Cisco IP phone 7861 which cant registrant with SIP server and my WiFi 8821 phones which are connected to correct WiFi network but both have common error reported TFTP.
I am running Cisco ISR 4331 are voice router and SIP server and I am not sure what is missing in my configuration which could cause this kind of error.
Attached is my ISR 4331 configuration and photos of the my DHCP server config for voice vlan and phones reported errors.

Hi Daniel,
Is this a brand new phone or has it previously registered to another CCM server? If it's the latter, you may need to clear the ITL security certs. Is this something we can try please?
Regards
Scott

This phone has been registered with current CCM before never with others. But we had hazard human error of all our network and now I am trying to get it going. How I could clean ITL as you suggest.

Hi Danijel,
If the phone has only ever registered with this CCM server, then I doubt ITL / SBD is the problem. However if you want to rule it out, you can follow these steps, for the 7800 phone which has the issue:
1. On the phone home / start screen, push the Applications button
2. Select to Admin Settings (5th Option)
3. Select Reset Settings (4th Option)
4. Select Security Softkey (should be the 4th softkey option)
5. Confirm the reset by selecting Reset Softkey (should be 2nd softkey option)
The 8800 series, the procedure will be slightly different, but will achieve the same result.

As per the information you shared with us you are not using CCM, your using CME. If you do a search for “remove ITL cisco phone” with your favourite search engine you’ll get plenty of results for how to do this.
