IP Phones Upgrading

Hello. 

I have some problem with IP Phones 7960,7941,7961 upgrading.

I uploaded new firmwares and configured in the "Device Defaults".

After that I reseted phones and verion didn't change. When I put version on "Phone Load Name" in device setings and then reseted everything was OK.

I don't have this problem with other phones like 7945 or 7937.

publisher and fw file loaded server both in default device pool.

and I reregistered phone but still not upgrade to new one.

Try deleting the ITL file on the IP phone and see if it works.

Hi,

Another things. which is related to fax.

Any idea for how to configure spa122 to use with fax machine?

and do we need any special configuration on cucm rather than assign normal phone extension to spa via sip?
