IP phones url services issue after upgrade to CCM 8.0(3)

Guys,

I have just upgraded CCM 4.3 to 8.0(3) and I am having problems accessing the extension mobility service.

When I press the services button on the phones, the ip phones report error "Host not found"

When I checked the settings on the phone, the services URL display = "https://10.99.90.110:8443/ccmip/getservicesmenu.jsp". The service url should point to "http://10.99.90.110:8080/ccmip/getservicesmenu.jsp".

Accoridng to the documentation cisco 7945 models(which are the phones in use

service url="http://10.66.10.110:8080/ccmip/getservicesmenu.jsp"

NB: I have regiested this phone to the CCM server using alternate tftp ip. I do not suppose this could affect it. We are running 2 clusters in parallel, the old 4.3 and new 8.0(3). we are doing a pilot trial right now.

I have checked the enterprise parameters and I can see both secure url and services url. However the phones keep loading the secure services url

any ideas please

Do you have a CTL file loaded on the phones or the CAPF running? If not I would clear all the secure services urls. If you are not running a mixed cluster the phones will not haev any certs so they won't trust any https services.
