IP VPN will be supported by uc560 and uc540 or not

New requirnment customer that they have for office in uae , oman , qatar , india they have one uc560 in uae and remaiing uc540 in rest  of the countries , they asked that will it support   IP VPN . and can dial office .

or how can i do that can any body help me out here iam putting my BOM below

IPsec VPN and DMVPn are both is supported.

I would not bother with SSL VPN and licenses, because despite whatever can be said, is not solid and performant as classic Cisco VPN client.
