I have added an agent to IPCC and believe I have completed all the necessary steps. When I try to login as the agent I get Incorrect passrod error. I have gone back into End User and reset the password and it still does not let you login as the agent. If some one has a suggestion let me know. Please do not send me to a Cisco Site !

Are you using the AD password or the user ID? Have you verified in the control center that all services are up & running? Also, make sure all CTI Route points are registered in CallManager?

Hi Mojo,
To add an agent, you must do the following:
1. after adding the user in the ccm, you must Enable CTI Application Use check box
2. Assossiate the user to its device or device profile with ICD enabled and no primary extension.
After that ,you will sure login to the CAD
