IPCC DeskTop Agent

Hello yall,

we have a cutomer that can not view the "ACD Statistics" window on the desk top agent, but she can view the others with no problem. When she clicks on "ACD Statistics" it dose nothing. we are running IPCC 3.1(3)any ideas? Thanks...

You can view the statistics pertaining to the agent and to the skill group by choosing

File > View Logs > ACD Statistics on the agent desktop.

Smahbub, Thanks but I know how to veiw it, when I click on it, it dose nothing. I have try to re-install the desk top agent but the problem still stands. We can see it in the drop down but we are unable to open the ACD Statistics....
