Please this is very urgent!!!
I have an IPCC 4.0.5 server in my lab. I have a job to do for a customer tomorrow and need to simulate a few things.
My IPCC server suddenly is not playing prompt or routing calls.
when a call comes in it routes to the CTI port and after a few seconds it just cuts off.
I have created another script with a redirect step and same thing happens, IPCC does not redirect call
I have restrated IPCC, crs engine but no luck.
Is anyone who can help on this. Pleaase

Is the enginer running?
Are the CTI ports/route points registered?
Have you looked in MIVR logs for clues?

Thanks for your response.
The problem was actually not with IPCC.
It was configurations on my phone. The Phone I was using to dial the CTIRP was in a region using g.729 while my cti ports were using g.711.
I have resolved this and I am ready for the job tomorrow.
