They were uploaded. All prompts were in the Repository (i.e. uploaded via prompt management) but i save all the physical files in the wfavvid/prompts folder as well as a backup. I cant work out why this happened but we got the files back by downloading the relevant BARS tar file to a PC, extracting it and searching for the missing prompts which we found and then re-uploaded to the system.
Customer still wants to know why this happened in the first place and i'm at a loss to explain why to him...
