Does anyone know of a good method to collect call quality data when all users are using IPCommunicator softphones?
I know IPCommunicator does not support sending CMR data like MOS scores, but are there any other metrics we can analyze or 3rd party tools/Cisco tools that work best in this situation?
We also are unable to use 1040 sensors at remote sites due to not owning the LAN infrastructure at the remote sites.
Sorry not aware of any tool for this. Best chance would be to look for enhancement request for CIPC to support reporting CallStatistics on the SCCP plane at the end of the call so CUCM can generate a CMR report afterwards.
