IPMA call redirect

We are using CUCM 8.5.

The requirement is that calls to manager should first go to the secretary and be forwarded back to manager if its not beig answered by secretary after certain number of rings. Is it possible to achieve this?

I'd avoid IPMA like the abomination it is. Use CFA Divert Override in Enterprise Parameters (Note for Cisco: why isnt this default like in every PBX????!). Allows the Secretary to take calls for Manager and is the only person who can transfer calls back to Manager.
