Hello Community,
We have a CUCM v11.01 and we want to implement IPMA.
We want the Manager to be able to assing/un-assing a filter ie denote when his number needs to be filtered or not by the Secretary. I understand that this is possible.
Is it possible the Secretary to be able to denote via a softkey that he/she is absent, so that the Manager will know that his/her calls wont be "filtered"?
Thanks in advance

Hello Nipun, thanks for the feedback
I face one problem which it would be great if you have any ideas. As you may see at the pictures below, even if there is the IPMA service activated and there is the Assistant Monitor -On shown on the Managers phone as well as there is the Assistant interface on the Assistant phone, when someone calls the Manager and the filter is ON, when I press Answer at the Assistant phonethere is a prompt on the Assistants phone "The key is not active here"
I have tried to implement the IPMA based on the link below:
Any ideas?
