Is it possible to block all outgoing calls on a multiple buttons Cisco Phone and allow only speed dials?

I want to know if it is possible to block the possibility to make outgoing calls and allow only calls to pre-programed specific numbers (speed dial or else)?

exemple:   Program the two buttons of 7941 to specific numbers and allow only those to be called. No possibility to make other call whatsoever with that phone.

Hi Gabriel,

You could program both keys on the 7941 to use "Hotdials" and

they would only ring the two pre-programmed numbers
