Is it possible to display the name of an incoming number on cucm?

Hi All

Is it possible to display the name of an incoming number on cucm?

for example if I call in from an external number, can I put this on a phonebook or directory so the internal cucm phone will display a name ?

No, there is no external lookup for calling name, it will show whatever the telco provider passes to you.

Alternatively you could look into CURRI integration, but I dont know if that would allow for it, and how scalable this would be.

You would need 3rd party apps for that, CUCM doesn't provide that feature natively.
