Is It Possible To Have One User With Two Different Voice Mailboxes

Hi,

I'm running Unity 11.5 and have a user that would like to have to separate voicemail boxes. One of the extensions will be his personal box and the other one will be used by his team and him. The shared mailbox unfortunately is already associated with the user in CUCM and now he needs his own.  Is this possible?

Sure. Repurpose the existing DN in CUCM accordingly (eg disassociate it from the other user’s devices & End User and assign them a new DN instead), add the now-shared DN as an additional line appearance on the relevant devices, assign that new extension to the other user’s CUC mailbox, and then create a new mailbox with the now-shared extension.
