Is shared Line not supported for Third-Party AS-SIP Device ?

Hi,

When we try to add shared line for Third-Party AS-SIP Device and Cisco IP Phone we received the message "Update failed. Shared Line feature is not supported".

I can not find anywhere in configuration guides that shared line in not supported with this device type.

It is indeed not supported as the message you received states.

Unfortunately, this is not supported. I have recently faced the same issue but the message you receive is clear.
