is the smart call connector operator compatiable with CME?

i have a customer using CUCME V8 on a 2921.. customer is looking for an attenandt console like applicaton and I am wondering if the cisco smart call connector operator is compatiable with CME

The Smart CallConnector Server support  UC500 and the ISRs running Cisco Communication Manager Express Version 8.0 or  7.0/7.1. Please refer to the Release Notes below:
