HI,
I have CUCM 6.1.5 and the 2821 router as a H323 gateway.
My problem is that Call Transfer, Call Hold and Conference not working.
Regardless of whether I call or receive calls, when I want to do a call Transfer, or even call Hold, and Conference, that options are disabled.
Options are displayed on the phone display but can not be used. When I try to do one of these features nothing happens...
Is anybody had similar problems and whether you can give me guidelines on how to solve this problem?

HI,
Do you have any MTP resource configured? Sounds like you are missing MTP and that's why the supplementary services such as hold, transfer or conference are not working. Please refer to:

Remember to include the MTP on a MRG and this group on a MRGL.

what kinds of phones are having this issue?
can you reset one of the phone and check if the issue still happen!!

Can you please check switching the "Media Termination Point Required" box? Either try it on or off.
