I have a UC lab based on ver 11.5 and heard that there is a "lab" license to purchase for not-for-resale UC servers. Is there such a license? If so, how/where do I obtain that? Lab is CUCM, Unity Connection, IM&P, CER and UCCX, all on ESXi ver 6.5.
Keep in mind as well that all of these systems come with a built-in demo license that runs from 60-180 days depending on the application. The demo licenses for most products can be extended at www.cisco.com/go/license but the extended licenses also expire after (usually) 90 days.
This means that if you need to stand something up and test it, but don't care after that the demo licenses are sufficient. The NFR kit is needed for a more permanent lab environment.
