Hello there,
Is this possible?
I have a customer that has 2 phones in his office. One is an IP phone (9951) and the other is a polycom analog phone.
they both have the same exact extension.
He wants to be able to put a call on hold at his desk on the ip phone then pick it up at the analog.
He does not want to use call park or have to transfer the call.
The analog phone is hooked to a VG224 running SCCP
Any suggestions?
thanks!

Hi Ken,
This should work as long as the "shared" DN is not set for Privacy
on the CUCM Line/Device page
Cheers!

Hi Rob,
Just tried this in lab.
Worked fine.
Had to use the Time break recall button on the old pots phone on my ata186 to pick the call up from hold from the ip phone.
Great.
Regards
Alex
