i have configured the PRI it has 1-16 channels and i have bind it to CCM
i am not able to make calls i am attaching config also.

Is it possible, that you also need to add a command to negotiate the b-channel ?
isdn negotiate-bchan
Also try isdn bchan contigous or whatever the correct syntax is.
Another thing you could try, is use h.323 and make calls over the E1 to eliminate issues on the ISDN E1 trunk.

i tried these commands.
but still its not working.
i want to do this with MGCP only for the ease of managing it.
i have same setup at other places and there it works fine.
if i assign a direct number as second line to any phone then the phone rings and call can be taken but in that case also the calling(outside) party cannot hear the voice. though i can hear inside.

The MGCP registration seems to be fine, please post the "show controller E1" output.

hi its working now. i changed the configuration of selecting the channel in callmanager to " top to down". on the router its ascending.
but still the one way audio is the issue.

hi its working now finally.
the issue was that the phones were not getting default gateway now i have added it in DHCP and its working perfectly fine.
