Hi All
I am getting Layer 1 Status as shutdown in SHOW ISDN STATUS
I run no shut command but still getting the same.
PFA the diagram for your refernce and please suggest.

yes so the line is down at layer 1 you need to contact the local telco who manages it and log it out to be checked
you cnat fix there issue from your device
an isdn line stays deactivated until a call comes in and then it activates uitself as its dial on demand
the fact its shutdown means thers an issue on the line at layer 1 it does not mean someone has shut it down

if it was working before then its an ISP issue you need to contact them as the circuit is hard down at layer 1 physically , if its not been set before you need to provide more information such as config setup and isdn type supported on the current line
