ISR 4451 / CUBE HA collect error - %VOICE_HA-3-DATA_COLLECT_ERR: (ACTV-Call Leg Data Collect)

Receiving the following collector error on Active Cube:

%VOICE_HA-3-DATA_COLLECT_ERR: (ACTV-Call Leg Data Collect): HA Module SIPSPI reported DATA COLLECT failure (mainst ID:170801, CID:170801)

Receiving the following SIP-3-BADPAIR on Standby Cube:

%SIP-3-BADPAIR: Unexpected timer 24 (SIP_TIMER_REMOVE_TRANSACTION) in state 7 (STATE_ACTIVE) substate 0 (SUBSTATE_NONE)

Devices:  ISR4451-X/K9 

IOS: Denali 16.3.7

This seems to be a bug. Try another IOS version
