Issue obtaining full list of backup files for call manager 11.5

Hi,
I am unable to see the list of files when I am trying to backup of our CUCM version 11.5 (screenshot attached). I have restarted DRF services but still cannot get the full list.
Please advise me accordingly as to what can be done to resolve this?

do you have CDR/CAR enabled on that cluster? is the PLM running or was it de-activated? are there IM&P servers?

CDR/CAR enabled in cluster

 

Using PLM same node in UCM-PUB - had problem with PLM (blank page) but its fixed after regeneration IPSec certificates and restart DRF master/local services. 

 

We not using IM&P.
