issue of personal communicator

Hi

I am using presence server and I have integrated with call manager.I am able to login with personal communicator but it showing offline.

Can you please tell me how can i use personal communicator.Is there any configuration issue in presence?Please tell me.

Which version of CUPS server and the CUPC client are you using? When you login to the CUPC client, check Help>>show server health. Is the presence connected?

Hi

We are using cups 7.0.6.10000-17 .

Presence is not connected with cupc client.

How can i connect cupc client with presence.
