Hi,
I'm having an issue on uploading a new DLU phone license to UCM. The license has been uploaded to the publisher,
and i did restarted the license manager services, but the system still remain as old DLU count.
The system doens't prompt for any errors, it just show the license has been uploaded successfully.
Anything goes wrong?

Can you elaborate more? U mean the temp license in UCM?

I am not talking about Temp lic files?
What I doubt that if u have multiple license files loaded in call manager then, this problem could be there.If u could get a single lic file for all files and then,try.
Else what I suggest is open a tac case with cisco since problem is persisting for long time?
