Hello All
I would be very grateful if you could kindly advise me on the issue I am currently having.
I have a remote CME router with 6 IP Phones connected to a switch and 6 Analogue Phones connected to the Router FXS interfaces itself. 1 IP Phone and 1 Analogue Phone share the same extension. So there are 6 extensions for this. The problem I am having is that when the IP Phones are plugged in the IP Phones are working fine and voice call is possible both way. But if one of the IP Phones is disconnected the Analogue Phone with that extension is working one way, i.e. remote users can call to me fine no problem, but when I try to call them it rings once and show a busy tone: and shows the following as the disconnect cause code: Cause i = 0x8091 - User busy.
Has somebody faced a similar issue and can advice me as to what could be causing this problem.
Please let me know if you need any more information on this.
Many Thanks in advance.
Regards

You can use:
- preferences to call to ip phone first
- pilot number to call to both phones in one time
- hunt group to call phones one by one

Update to 15.0M or 15.1M, and try again.
