I hope I can explain this correctly. I have an extension 5650. This extension sits on a phone and is also a shared line. What i would like to to do is have a call handler that also sits on 5650. When external callers call that number with the 5650 extension they get the call handler. When internal users dial 5650 they get the persons phone or vm. I have this setup in unity 8.0 as that. I have it set for Extenal to get to unity.
In CallManager it will not let me set a route point CTI extension. It says shared lines are not supported. Below is my info
