Hello ,
I'm experiencing an issue with Cisco Jabber where some users are seeing a popup for idbroker.webex.com
when they log in. We've configured the Jabber config to exclude WebEx services under Policies > ServiceDiscoveryExcludedServices with the value WEBEX,
but the problem persists.
any idea?
My version of CUCM and CUPS is 12.5.1

That would only have made a difference if the user had an account in Control Hub. Check the CUCM Service Profile and ensure it doesn’t have a conference service defined.

We don't have any users in Control Hub, and the conference service is not defined.
