Hi,
We are having a long pending issue with our VG224. There is a one-way audio at the analog end for both incoming and outgoing calls. We have tested with ATA with the similar configuration running on VG224 and it works absolutely fine. Initially there was one way audio only on incoming call and for outgoing we use to hear ring back tone at the analog end but the actual phone where called was not ringing. As we were not seen any logs on VG224 for calls we made and based on the testing from ATA we thought it's a hardware issue with VG224 and hence we replaced it. Now both the calls get connects but with one-way audio on both incoming and outgoing calls.
1. No network congestion found.
2. Required UDP port is opened, no blockage at the firewall end.
3. RTP signalling has been checked and no issues found.
Call flow: . SIP OBS->(SIP trunk)-> Avaya Session Manager->(SIP trunk)->CUCM-> (MGCP)-> VG224.
CUCM version - 9.1.2.12900-11
I have attached Sh version, sh run output. Please let me know if any details is required.
We are using MGCP protocol.
Regards,
Amit

if you configure your VG224 with SCCP, do you have the same result?

Erm, did you really want to post your config with its passwords in the clear...?

Which way is audio missing?
Have you performed a Wireshark to see if the media is on the wire?
