Hi,
Here is the issue:
Your ITSP is using payload 97 for rtp-nte and cisco uses 101.
m=audio 48302 RTP/AVP 8 0 18 4 2 98 99 97
--
a=rtpmap:97 telephone-event/8000
a=fmtp:97 0-15
To resolve this please configure the following:
conf t:
rtp payload-type cisco-codec-fax-ack 98
rtp payload-type nte 97

Change your DTMF Signalling method on trunk to RFC 2833.

I tried with both DTMF methods (RFC 2833, OOB and RFC 2833) nothing happened :(
Also i selected Accept unsolicited notification from SIP security profile and reset the trunk.
Any other suggestion please

Hi,
Can you remove the following from your dial-peers
voice-class sip dtmf-relay force rtp-nte
Then enable the ff debugs and do another test call
debug voip ccapi inout
debug ccsip messages
Please attach the debugs and include the calling and called number
