I currently have 424 Jabber for Windows clients rolled out of the 1053 total I need to complete. I have at least 20 users that report audio issues: Static, crackling, dropping words or lost audio for 2 to 10 seconds, and/or dropped calls. This happens on internal as well as external calls. These same 20 people revert to using IP Communicator and they report that all of these issues go away.
In one case, a husband and wife that work for us are both at home working. Both are in the same room using a corporate provided laptop and AnyConnect 4.7.04056 to VPN back to the company, the same internet connection, the same power source, the same SSID, and both are using Jabber. She reports all of the symptoms above, while he reports no issues at all???
We have deployed Jabber 12.8.0 in phone only mode, so no IM&P server. Everything registers to and authenticates with Call Manager 12.5.1.11900-146. We have remove the Opus codec at TACs suggestion, and have added G722.1 as the codec of choice.
Has anyone had similar issues with Jabber.

Is the CIPC using G722 as well? Can you try having the Jabber use G711 and see if the users still complain?
