Jabber client without Jabber-config.xml

Hello team,

Some configurations (enable/disable features) for Jabber client, can not be done through either CUPS or CUCM GUI, that is why we need jabber-config.xml.

But if I simply deploy a Jabber client without Jabber-config.xml, how can I tell the features/functions, which are supposed to be enabled/disabled only through jabber-config.xml, are actually enabled or disabled by default?

Because the same documentation that tells you what each parameter does, also says what is the default value for it. If there's no .xml, or the parameter is not in the .xml you're using, it'll use the default value the documentation has.
