Jabber for iphone looking for CTLFile.tlv & SEPC42C0391C5C2.cnf.xml

Hi all,

I am trying to get jabber version 9.1 to register with CME 8.6.  When I do a debug tftp events i get the following 2 errors TFTP Looking for CTLFile & TFTP Looking for SEPC42C0391C5C2.cnf.xml

Is there any way to manualy create the .cnf.XML file ? I have very little knowledge of CME as I have only just started studying for the CCNA Voice.

Any help would be much appreciated. I will include the config below and hope someone can point us in the right direction

In voice register pool insert type for phone, example below, after change no create profile, create profile and reset phones.

I realised after posting that I was running CME 8.5 and CME 8.6 is required ( I hadn't got the option type CiscoMobile-iOS) available under the voice register pool 1. I also was unable to issue the registration-timer max 720 min 660 command.

After upgrading to CME 8.6 and issuing the no create profile and then create profile I still got the error messages, this was even after powering off the iphone for 30 seconds and then powering back on.

End solution was to uninstall the Jabber app on the iphone and reinstall, issue no create profile & then create profile as J Rosa said and all now works like a charm.
