Jabber for Iphone , use local Account (CM) instead of AD account

Hi ,

I have created a Local User account in the CM , assigned a Jabber for Iphone , but on the Iphone , when I try to log in with his local account I get "wrong user/password"

If I use My AD windows account then I can login.

when configuring Jabber it ask a username@domain.com , that I have with my AD account , but don't know for the local account

Is it possible ?

You should use the same domain as your server is in, can you login with that user to the self care portal??

You can also try to manually configure your CUCM server, and try with just the username/pwd

I had the confirmation with the TAC , use the same domain even if it's not an AD account , and it works.
