Hi
we have CUCM, IMP 11.0.1 & Jabber for windows 11.1.1 on production
We are unable to send files and share screen via jabber for windows client from chat window.
BFCP is enabled on the SIP Profile for the CSF device. Also selected "use my computer to call"
I have attached the screenshot for the same.
Pls. advice

Hi Rejesh,
can you please check that < EnableBFCPVideoDesktopShare> value on your jabber-config.xml is set on true?

it is there is jabber-config.xml still problem is same. send files and share screen is grayed out.
No wonder, why end user hate Cisco Jabber. Because it doesn't work. Enabling each features in Cisco Jabber is adventure...!!! Sorry, but this is the reality.
Any suggestion, why still not working ?

We reset jabber setting and it is started working fine.
