We are experiencing an issue where when opening Jabber Guest links on iOS devices, the URL is redirected to the plug-in installation page (attached) even though the application is already installed on the device. If the download button is clicked, the App Store shows that the application is already installed. Since these are company devices, other browsers apart from Safari cannot be used. Is this a known issue and is there any fix to it so that links are redirected to the applications please?
Everything is up-to-date and this happens only on iOS.
