Hello,
Using Windows Jabber 12.9.0.53429... We have Secondary lines/Shared lines that pop up as incoming calls, then the call appears to answer but immediate show as On Hold. This is happening for multiple shared lines. End users shared this with our Help Desk, but we couldn't recreate the issue. A couple of days ago, this happened to me while I was in a MS Teams meeting. My shared line rang (IT Door Line), but did not click Answer, Chat Reply, or Decline (or X out). A few rings later, the following screen popped up (attached).
What would cause this? Is it something to do with a Call Pickup group?

This is actually a new "feature" from Cisco post Jabber 12.1 version through current 14.x. There is a feature change request in place that you should sign up for, so we can get this addressed. It's a big issue for our organization:
