I to solve the issue i upgraded to CP3905.9-4-1SR3 but that's the same thing.

Sure. But I do not get why in is only 3905 phones ( all off them) and none of the other series. can you please explain that ?  those phones are lossing IPv4 configuration.  I and i can some time see configuring on the ip phone

hi,

have these 3905 are connected to PC's, if so for test purpose remove the PC and get those phone sit ideal and monitor. if after removing the PC's phones are stable let us know; else collect the console logs from phone page, if at the time of issue phone ip is not reachable, long press the setting key for about three seconds it will store the logs in flash and can be downloaded after.

Had the same issue several years ago. TAC supplied various beta firmwares, none of which fixed the issue and each one had different additional issues which made them unusable.

If you have the low audio volume at the beginning of a call, despite being marked as fixed it isn't.

It is something to do with 3905 was pulling too much power over PoE so the low volume at the beginning of a call was done to overcome this.

We no longer have any 3905's.
