Jabber not log in

Hi,

Cisco jabber shows username and password incorrect error , ldap synced with the ad  .

cannot login with selfcare portal also

If you are unable to login to selfcare,

• check your CUCM LDAP authentication settings.
• Check your CUCM LDAP Directory Settings. Do a perform full sync or click on save and if there is an issue connecting AD you will come to know.
• Check if you are entering right username and password

Please check also if all needed permission have been assigned to the End User such as Standard CCM END User under "Permissions Information"
