Hi Folks,
We are doing a migration from Skype for Business (S4B) to CUCM and the Test group has raised a couple of questions about notifications in Jabber 12.9(x).
Generally, these users will be in hunt groups and, in S4B, they can see which Hunt Group member has answered the call. On the Cisco side, they can see the calls to the hunt group but can't see who actually answered it. Is this type of notification available in Cisco Jabber?
Another similar question is, in S4b, they receive a call-ended notification when they hang up the call. To my knowledge Jabber does not notify users that they hang up. Is it possible to configure this?
Lastly, are the Jabber notifications listed in a document anywhere for reference?
