Jabber only for calls no need of presence using VDI

Our callmanager cluster is 9.X and customer want to use jabber only for call facility.

 

They have IM and presence server as well, but they dont want that feature.

How we can achieve this scenario.

Is there any global parameter we can change and achieve the call facility without the IM and presence.

Also i dont want user to change the Advanced settings in Jabber 11.5 version.

Is there any way to hide or restrict the advance settings options for few users. This is the customer requirement for few users to restrict the IM&P feature. 

 

Jabber version 11.1.3

No way to lock the settings that I'm aware of. However, many of these settings can be set via the jabber-config.xml file which would force the settings when the client starts.
