Jabber/Presence integration with UCCX 9.0

Hi, looking for recommendations/suggestions for a new config with BE6K (v 9.1), using Jabber/Presence and UCCX agent desktop.  Customer is looking for presence information of all users in organization, both in and out of the Contact Center.  Cannot seem to do that natively with UCCX, so trying to use Jabber (as a second client on the same desktop) to provide the presence.  That is cumbersome for the agents, so I am wondering if anyone has any suggestions for a cleaner solution.  Could be using Cisco technology, or any 3rd party that provides this same type of soltution. 

I've heard that a newer version of UCCX may be coming out that has integrated Jabber into the Agent Desktop, so if anyone can provide me with roadmap timelines, that would help too.
