It appears that if you are working remotely, answering and placing calls via the softphone in jabber, then if someone is calling in, there is no way to call out unless you first either accept/decline the call or just let it ring out. This is an issue if someone is on a hunt group that is constantly ringing.
Does anyone know of a setting that allows you to call out on a softphone even if someone is calling in on your line? I already tried adding a second line and seeing if the person could call out on the second line while the first line rang, but it did not work. We also have the maximum number of calls on a line set to the highest amount of 6.
