Hello,
I am experiencing an issue with Cisco Jabber where it does not automatically enter the username and password for Voicemail. I have to manually input these details.
I am using SSO in CUCM and LDAP sync with Unity Connection. I have configured the credentials source for the voicemail service as Unified CM-IM and Presence.
in CUC not enabled SSO .
The version of Cisco Jabber I am using is 15, and the CUCM version is 12.5.13900-35.
any idea?

This is expected. Jabber has no credentials to reuse since CUCM has SSO enabled. Very odd that CUC doesn’t also have SSO enabled. Either enable that or OAuth on CUCM & CUC.

I would recommend you to check into using Modern Authentication for the connection from Jabber to Exchange.
