Jabber Windows clliente registers with non-NAT IP

Hi!

Jabber Windows client registers on CCUM with PC lan IP.

We made some NAT rules between our LAN and our CCUM on a VLAN, but Jabber es still registering with LAN IP instead of register with NATED IP ... so calls could be made or answer with jabber. NO audio.

Is there any way on the jabber xml config file or exist any other way to specify to Jabber, the IP that jabber has to use to register with CCUM

PC LAN with JABBER --> FW with NAT --> CCUM

PHONES --> CCUM

In many SIP NAT issues related to the IP Addressing, it is an issue with the SIP Inspection function. If that is set on the firewall, try disabling it or enable if not on.
